The Church Next Door was started in 1955 by a small group of people with a common vision to start a church for young families. Over the years, the church has grown and reached many across central Ohio. Throughout the years we have remained committed to a desire to experience God more fully in our lives, the belief that a relationship with Jesus Christ is transforming, a commitment to children and young people, and a desire to be a valuable participant in our community.
We offer multiple worship services every weekend, with many opportunities for everyone to be involved in the ministry. Our mission is simply to move people closer to God.
Doyle has served as Senior Pastor of The Church Next Door since 1998. He holds a Masters of Divinity Degree from Gordon-Conwell.
Pastor Jackson moved to Ohio in 1992 to serve as a youth pastor in Cincinnati, Ohio before coming to Columbus. Doyle is an active member of the community,
and has been instrumental in leading and growing The Church Next Door.
Doyle and his wife Jennifer are passionate about teaching others the love and message of Jesus, and ministering to families and young adults.
